How to cancel

Email [email protected] with your name, purchased service, transaction date and request. You do not need to share private relationship details.

Before delivery starts

Clients who cancel before their first coaching session or before a Dating Profile Audit has begun can receive a full refund. Any more protective cancellation period required by law will be honored regardless of work status.

After delivery starts

For multi-session packages, the ordinary voluntary-cancellation refund is the price paid multiplied by the number of unused sessions divided by the total sessions purchased. For example, if one session of a four-session $349 package is completed, the unused-session refund would ordinarily be $261.75, unless applicable law requires more. A completed Clarity Call is ordinarily nonrefundable. For a profile audit after substantive review work begins, contact us to discuss an appropriate resolution; statutory rights still apply.

Rescheduling and no-shows

Give at least 24 hours' notice where possible. Late changes and no-shows may count as used sessions, subject to legal rights and reasonable accommodations for emergencies. If the Coach cannot deliver the service, clients may request rescheduling or an appropriate refund for undelivered work.

Payment processing

Refunds are issued through the original payment method when possible. Stripe and issuing banks may take additional processing time. Any law requiring a shorter deadline controls.
