Client Coaching Agreement

1. Parties and services
This agreement is between The Donawa Standard, operated by Stefan Donawa ("Coach"), and the adult client signing below ("Client"). The Coach provides educational dating, communication, relationship, and personal-development coaching remotely by phone or video. The Coach does not provide matchmaking, introductions, therapy, medical care, or legal advice.
2. Selected service and delivery

Payment is one-time, not a subscription. Dates and times are scheduled based on mutual availability. Any extended service timeline will be agreed in writing.
3. Scheduling
Please request any rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. With shorter notice or a missed appointment, the Coach may count the session as used where permitted by law, but will consider emergencies and exceptional circumstances. If the Coach cancels, the Client will receive a replacement appointment or a refund for the undelivered session.
4. Cancellation and refunds
The Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into this agreement. Clients can request cancellation by emailing [email protected]. Any legally required cancellation rights take priority over these terms. The Coach does not guarantee matches, dates, romantic interest, or outcomes.
5. Dating profile audit materials
For an audit, the Client may submit their own dating profile screenshots, text, and photos, but should remove unrelated people's identifying information. Never provide passwords, login credentials, sensitive account information, or screenshots of private messages without consent. Audit feedback is advisory and does not guarantee matches. The Coach does not log in to, control, or edit Client accounts.
6. Respectful participation
The Client retains responsibility for personal decisions and interactions. Services do not promote harassment, deception, manipulation, coercion, or disregard for consent. The Coach may end abusive or threatening interactions, with refunds for unused services handled under the policy and applicable law.
7. Privacy and recording
Client information is handled under the Privacy Notice. Sessions will not be intentionally recorded or shared publicly without appropriate consent. Coaching is not privileged psychotherapy, and confidentiality is subject to applicable law, service providers, and legal process.
8. Acceptance
Client should review this agreement and the refund policy before purchase. Payment alone is not represented as a signed agreement. The parties can use a reputable e-signature service, or sign and exchange a copy before the first paid session or audit work begins.
